National Hunger Awareness Day 2005



More than 80 guests joined in on Tuesday, June 7, 2005 for National Hunger Awareness Day and first Empty Bowls luncheon.



Luncheon guests enjoyed a light meal and selected a souvenir ceramic bowl created by Westview High School students. The bowl is a keepsake reminder that there are always empty bowls in the world.

Praise Report!! Successful Thanksgiving Turkey Basket Give Aways. 862 Families were given Turkey Baskets which accommidated 10 people per family. Grand total fed year 2006 =8,620  PRAISE GOD!!!
